Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At Cretv Studio, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves significant time and effort from our team, refunds are generally not provided for work already completed.
2. Project Cancellations
- Before Project Start: If you cancel a project before any work has commenced and within 3 days of payment, a full refund (minus transaction fees) may be issued.
- During Project: If a project is cancelled while in progress, payment is required for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any upfront deposits are non-refundable if work has already begun.
3. Dispute Resolution
We value our client relationships. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, fewer than 3 revisions are typically included in our service packages to address your feedback. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues before they escalate.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. For payments made through Midtrans (Virtual Account, E-Wallet, Credit Card, QRIS), refunds will be handled through the Midtrans refund system. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
